Your assignments

• Contact person for compliance communication activities
• Project management for communication campaigns
• Support in further developing an integral leadership and compliance communication
• Development and implementation of tools to measure the success of compliance communication within the company
• Tracking, monitoring and editing compliance communication activities and provide feedback to the communication and the compliance team
• Measure the effectiveness of communication approaches, provision of analysis and recommendations to drive improvements
• Prepare status reports on a regular basis
• Validation and coordination of reported communication activities across all business units and regions  
• Ensure close collaboration with regional communication teams, HR, compliance and legal teams
• Establish, manage and expand internal communications processes and channels
• Coordinate, align and communicate with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and agencies

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or similar
• Professional experience in project management with the ability to manage a wide range of different project members in an international set up
• Experience in internal communications
• Experience in methods of measuring the success of communication
• Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High motivation, creativity and continuous development of all areas of responsibility
• High resilience, flexibility
• Strong intercultural communication and teamwork skills
• Experienced in working in complex multicultural business environments
• First experience in implementing & driving cultural change and transformation programs with impact
• English & German fluent in written and spoken
