				Are you looking to lead the communications team using the most up to date digital channels to cascade key information across the business? If so, this is the role for you.
				As Corporate Communications Manager (m/w/d) - 12 months contract, you will be responsible for delivering communications within GSK’s guidelines across geographies and functions. You will manage the comprehensive communications flow for internal audiences around key initiatives that align with business priorities as well as manage internal channels and processes. In addition, you will increase GSK's visibility as modern employer.
				This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
				<ul><li>As part of the corporate communications team, responsible to drive the development and implementation of the internal communications’ strategy and plan</li><li>Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of all internal communications channels as key vehicles for communicating around priority initiatives to drive employee engagement and dialogue</li><li>Support delivery of the internal news flow for stories, features and key appointments and act as key consultant for internal communications for the German organisation</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders and GSK communications to create seamless joined-up communications on internal projects and supports teams to maintain and improve the overall internal communications function</li><li>Ensure alignment and awareness on key global programs in collaboration with the German communications team as well as GSK’s global internal communications teams</li><li>Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications plan to increase GSK’s visibility as modern employer across appropriate external and internal communications channels</li><li>Responsible to ensure and drive ongoing corporate identity and design implementation</li></ul>

				We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
				<ul><li>Bachelor degree</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in a communications role</li><li>Fluent in both German and English</li></ul>
				<h2>Preferred Qualifications & Skills:</h2>
				If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
				<ul><li>Extensive post-graduate experience in a communications environment</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Experience in using all relevant programms and systems  </li><li>Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and be able to deal with ambiguity and handle sensitive situations</li><li>Ability to assimilate new, complex business or technical information quickly and explain in non-technical terms to lay audiences</li><li>Persuasive and personable with a capacity to influence at a senior level</li><li>Solution oriented</li></ul>
