This position is limited until 14.11.2023.
The role combines responsibility for events, fairs and shows (50%) with tasks in the field of sales communication and trade marketing (50%).
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Developing and implementing event and sales communications strategy
- Planning, organization and realization of relevant product launches, fairs, events, press conferences, and internal events
- Conceptual development and creation of sales communications materials (e. g. sales promotions, dealer and end customer presentations, OE communication material, trainings, …)
- Interacting as interface to salesforce and communicators in the markets and support them in implementing local events, fairs, and sales communication activities
- Budgeting and monitoring/evaluation of events and sales communications activities
Qualifications
- Academic degree in communications, event management, media marketing or comparable qualification
- Several years of related work experience
- Experience with planning, implementing and managing events, trade fairs and shows
- Preferably international working experience
- Knowledge of Standards, regulations, and compliance
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Very good handling with MS office programs
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- High intercultural sensitivity and strong networking skills
- Strong organization skills and willingness to take initiative
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15 - 20%)
