We are searching for a candidate (m/f/diverse) to support our central communication activities in the digital area, namely website, social media, analytics, PIM/DAM systems, as well as central tools and apps. Your focus should mainly be communication driven, but you should also bring an understanding of how the technical part of digital communication works and is an integral part of the overall communication activities of an international company in the B2B area.

Your tasks include:

  • Content and community management/support for our company website ( and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn:
  • Governance and responsibility of media asset management for communications (MediaCloud and PIMCORE)
  • Concept development for digital communication activities
  • Conception, implementation, and steering of international communication campaigns and measures
  • Guidance and support in the area of performance management (e.g. LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO, SEA) and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Coordination with and control of external agencies and service providers
  • Professional support and counseling of involved colleagues in terms of digital communications
  • Collaboration with various departments within and outside of the ContiTech sector regarding the above mentioned topics
  • Participate and engage in meetings and drive ideas for digital communications matters
  • Take initiative in leading projects and present new perspectives in thinking and ideas
  • Prioritize work and schedule to handle multiple requests and projects at a time
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, agency partners, and colleagues beyond the team


  • Academic degree in communications/marketing, media, business management, information technology, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in (digital) communications
  • Experience in project management, data asset management, content and community management, performance management, and analytics
  • A good grasp of narrative, awareness of audiences, attention to detail, forward thinking team player who works collaboratively on a team
  • General understanding of digital communication matters as part of a global, 360-degree communication strategy
  • Experience in engaging a broad cross-section of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good to very good handling with MS Office programs
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • High willingness to work independently, creativity, organizational, and communication skills, ability to pinpoint complex issues
  • Critical thinking capabilities in connecting dots and leveraging resources for the best outcome
